Our client, a leading organisation in the legal sector, is looking for a Communications and Content Manager to join their team in Guildford. This role involves content creation, campaign planning, social media management, press relations, analytics, and brand management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Craft clear and compelling content, from legal articles to press releases and firm updates
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns while maintaining a strategic content calendar
  • Curate and manage our LinkedIn presence, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand identity
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure timely content delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to enhance our visibility
  • Track and report on content performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support the Marketing Director and Managing Partner in shaping and delivering the firm's brand positioning and visual identity.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in an accessible manner
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and current digital marketing trends, including the influence of AI on content strategy
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
