Job Description:

The role involves working closely with the IKEA Growth Plan Communication Leader, managing structured communication processes, and fostering impactful business communication while adhering to IKEA's values.

Job Responsibility:

Work with the totality of the IKEA Growth Plan communication agenda
Set and execute the communication plan going forward
Take lead for parts of the identified plan and deliverables
Direct collaboration with business owners in the IKEA Growth Plan team
Secure clear communication structures and efficient and timely communication flows within and across different IKEA organizations
Enable strong connections between relevant stakeholders
Package messages and content in a way that supports decision making and action

Requirements:

Are passionate about communication as a business enabler and tactical tool to lead business and people
A good understanding of working with communication planning and execution with an understanding of how communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda
Have a strong receiver-oriented approach and experience in working with stakeholder mapping and segmentation, creating target group-specific communication
Have the experience and ability to turn complex topics into simple, straightforward and inspiring communication
Are hands-on, structured and service-minded, with ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Are creative, curious and solution-oriented, with ability to take initiative, create engagement and build trustful relationships with various stakeholders and a strong team player
Have great working knowledge of the IKEA identity, tone of voice and an ambassador of IKEA culture and values
