Job Description:

IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is currently looking for a 6-month Communication Intern working in Supply Area South East Asia, Communication. Responsibilities include supporting internal communication initiatives, collaborating with teams for content, organising regional site meetings, and providing administrative support for the Communication Leader.

Job Responsibility:

Support the creation and implementation of internal communication initiatives, including corporate videos, newsletters, emails, intranet content, and announcements
Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather information and stories for various communication channels
Assist in organising and coordinating SEA regional site meetings, and functional meetings to facilitate effective communication within the organisation
Administrative support for Communication Leader
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams.

Requirements:

3rd or last year student, who can provide Internship Recommendation letter from their University
Good design sense and able to quickly capture corporate brand design language of IKEA
Video editing skills (either with Premier Pro or Canva) is the key advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Accustomed to working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn
Adequate organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
