Job Description:

We are looking for a Communication & Event Management professional to join our Sales & Marketing team in Meyreuil (Aix-en-Provence area). You will support the Marketing & Communications Specialist in executing Presto’s communication plan and preparing major international trade shows. This role offers valuable exposure to international B2B communication & event management in a high-tech environment [and could evolve into a permanent position.]

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and schedule posts on LinkedIn (corporate news, product updates, trade shows)
  • Help update Presto’s website and newsletters via HubSpot
  • Coordinate press release publications with our external PR consultant
  • Create visual content for digital communications (Canva / Adobe tools)
  • Coordinate with graphic designers or agencies for more complex designs & projects
  • Monitor analytics on LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Google Analytics for reporting
  • Contribute to the organization of Presto’s participation in major international trade shows (Embedded World, Medica, SPS, Electronica)
  • Support booth logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site preparation
  • Follow-up event budgets, schedules, and deliverables
  • Prepare communication materials before, during, and after each event (visuals, newsletters, posts)
  • Occasionally support the creation of sales and marketing materials (layouts, visuals, presentations, brochures)
  • Assist in technical brand content creation to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or Event Management
  • recent graduate or first professional experience
  • Strong interest in B2B and technology-driven industries
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Proficient with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Organized, autonomous, curious, and agile
  • Comfortable working with technical teams: able to grasp key ideas and objectives even without deep engineering knowledge
  • At ease managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with international colleagues

Nice to have:

knowledge of HubSpot and Google Analytics is a plus
