Job Responsibility:

Inspire and engage your team to keep the IKEA store vital, up to date and innovative
Lead and develop a high performing and passionate communication & interior design team
Accountable for the layout of the store and to execute range presentations with high quality, strong visual impact and efficiency
Translate the national strategy into a local business plan
Identify current and futures business needs in order to recruit, develop and retain a high performing and passionate store communication & interior design team
Spot and act quickly upon commercial opportunities
Create an outstanding customer experience

Requirements:

Passionate about home furnishing, retail design, trends and customer behavior
Experienced leader that develops and inspires the visual merchandise/interior design/graphic design managers
Sense of entrepreneurship and nose for business
Solid experience as a creative leader
Team player that knows how to collaborate with colleagues from different functions
Driven to exceed goals, improve ways of working, developing both business and people
Design based education or extensive work experience in a design-orientated role
Always put customers in the center of everything you do
