Requirements

At least five years of professional work experience in the legal profession or related to the judicial system, with a clear understanding of the judicial system, particularly ethics, regulatory compliance, or investigative work
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Demonstrated leadership and organizational management experience, ideally within a public or legal institution
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Responsibility

Direct all Commission activities and operations in compliance with Constitutional and Commission Rules
Serve as the primary administrative support to the Commission members
Oversee intake, review, and processing of judicial conduct complaints
Coordinate Investigatory, Adjudicatory, and Disciplinary Panel activities
Manage Commission subcommittees (e.g. education, rules, budget/legislative)
Draft and manage legal documents (orders, subpoenas, certificates of record)
Recruit, supervise, and support staff, temporary personnel, and disciplinary counsel
Develop and oversee the Commission’s biennium budget
process all fiscal activities, including payments and procurement through the Wyoming Financial System
Maintain accurate and confidential records and compile statistical reports
