Olsson is seeking a motivated Commissioning Agent to support commissioning activities for mission critical facilities. This position requires travel to project sites across the U.S.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in reviewing design documents and submittals
  • Help develop commissioning plans and checklists
  • Participate in functional performance testing
  • Conduct site visits to observe equipment startup and system integration
  • Work closely with senior team members, contractors, and clients to ensure systems operate as intended
  • Prepare commissioning documentation
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Learn best practices through mentorship and hands-on experience

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • 2+ years of experience in commissioning
  • Strong Knowledge base of Pre Functional and Functional Commissioning
  • Ability to lead projects and self-starter to take on a variety of tasks to best serve the client and their project work
  • Ability to work with marketing and business development to gain new clients
  • Investigation and troubleshooting of problems to find solutions
  • Construction experience
