Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented
  • Preparing mise en place and setting up tables
  • Working alongside the Head/Senior Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks
  • Ensuring guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, and appropriately signed or paid

Requirements:

  • Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality
  • Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of food and beverages
  • An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
  • An open and approachable manner, and thrive on interacting with people
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
