Job Description:

Commis II position at Marriott Executive Apartments Bangkok Sukhumvit 101, preparing ingredients and cooking food according to quality standards while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping, and storing food
Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards
Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
Test foods to determine if cooked sufficiently
Monitor food quality while preparing
Set-up and break down work station
Serve food in proper portions
Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
Check temperature of appliances and food

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
