Job Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a Commis De Rang Room Service to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy! Reporting into the Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, a memorable experience and attention to our guests within the Hotel and at the Room Service Department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting the Demi Chef de Rang, Chef de Rang in clearing of china, glass, and silver
  • attending to guest needs and requests
  • cleaning back office
  • being highly visible in the operation
  • providing an expertly service experience, according to standards
  • respecting the Hygiene standards applied in the Room Service as per HACCP system
  • ensuring exceptional service, a memorable experience and attention to our guests within the Hotel and at the Room Service Department

Requirements:

  • Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone bar, restaurant or restaurant groups, preferably in the same position
  • international experience would be an asset
  • genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • attention to detail
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
  • be a team player
  • bring personal touch and energy to guest experiences
  • flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
  • must possess the legal right to work in Italy
