Amazing opportunity to join the team as Commis Chef at Gairloch Hotel, nestled beside Gairloch Bay with spectacular views. The hotel provides a perfect base for holiday makers to take in some of the most beautiful scenery in Britain.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure all food is served to the required Company standard
Aid the Head Chef in implementing new menus
Comply with all regulations as stated in the Company policies
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation
Strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Some experience in a similar position
Ability to deliver great service to guests
Passionate about hospitality
Reliable
Willing to learn as part of a growing team
