Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Support, you will play a critical role in administering rebate and contract support processes including setup, claims and collections ensuring that attention to detail is exceptional at all times. Working in one of our Central Support Functions, you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage rebate processes, including calculating, reconciling, and processing rebate claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed commercial terms
  • Maintain and manage customer terms, setting up and updating agreements while working closely with the pricing team, branches, and area directors
  • Maintain and manage contract support by setting up support agreements and raising all associated claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review and action overnight system reports, ensuring any issues or required follow-up is addressed promptly
  • Ensure all data, calculations and claims are accurate, with a strong focus on attention to detail and compliance

Requirements:

  • IT literacy with a strong understanding of Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and by yourself
  • Being able to manage your own time
  • Excellent Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data handling and claims processing
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently
