Job Description:

A well-established Legal 500 firm in Reading is looking for a newly qualified solicitor (or up to two years PQE) to join its dynamic Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team on a range of commercial, technology, intellectual property, and non-contentious construction matters. You’ll gain experience in contract drafting and negotiation, data protection, intellectual property, and providing due diligence support for corporate and banking transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Handling your own caseload
assisting with business development activities such as webinars, networking events, and client meetings
building relationships with clients and professional contacts

Requirements:

Newly qualified solicitor or up to two years PQE
experience in commercial, technology, intellectual property, and non-contentious construction matters
contract drafting and negotiation
data protection
intellectual property
due diligence support for corporate and banking transactions
