Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a leading team in Birmingham. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of commercial work, advising both UK and international clients.

Job Responsibility:

Draft, review and negotiate a range of contracts: supply, distribution, agency, IT (software/SaaS), outsourcing, logistics, and consumer
Advise on intellectual property (licensing, trademarks, non-contentious IP)
Support with data protection and privacy compliance (UK GDPR)
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, including bribery and modern slavery
Build strong client relationships across diverse industries

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent communicator, commercially minded, and client-focused
Able to manage multiple matters under pressure
