Job Description:

We are looking to employ a Commercial Sales Admin, for a Hybrid position within our Crop Protection Team. Helping us to provide administrative support to key central commercial functions, this role will primarily involve pricing administration for our buying groups and franchise customers, calculating & processing rebates and being a key point of contact with those customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Liaise with key contacts to obtain required pricing information
  • Maintain, audit and issue group price lists
  • Calculate seasonal rebates for our franchise and buying group accounts
  • Perform system admin duties for key Agrii personnel
  • Be the first line of contact for queries and issues for the above

Requirements:

  • The ability to work from a home-based environment
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence with reporting and reconciliation
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and organised approach
  • Clear and confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude with the ability to manage busy periods and work well under pressure
