Job Description:

Lead restaurant operations at IKEA, creating a better everyday life for customers through food that's good for both people and planet. Serve customers in a Scandinavian heritage environment offering modern taste of Sweden.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and inspire a team of up to 25 co-workers, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards
Support the PDP (Performance Development Process) and conduct regular performance reviews
Maintain punctuality and reliability in a dynamic, sometimes short-staffed environment
Actively participate in seasonal activations and promotions, including summer campaigns
Take initiative to solve problems and improve operations, especially during peak periods
Work hands-on with your team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or retail food environment
Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures
Proven ability to lead under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
Passion for customer service and creating enjoyable experiences
Prepared to work in a physically active environment with regular lifting and extended periods of standing
A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow within the IKEA organization
