This role is an opportunity to join a high-flying firm with a strong Commercial Property department. The position involves handling a busy caseload, building client relationships, and contributing to both personal and firm-wide growth. Job Responsibility:

Handle a busy caseload including sale and purchase of commercial properties, landlord and tenant matters, acquisition and sale of property for development
Act for lenders and pension schemes

Requirements:

Upwards of 3 years PQE
Trained and gained in a noted city or large regional firm
Ready for the next challenge
