Job Description:

A respected London-based law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate division in a full-time, permanent role. This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with between NQ and 3 years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-quality commercial property environment. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will work alongside experienced professionals on a range of transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to landlord and tenant matters and development projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling their own caseload
  • Drafting and negotiating leases
  • Managing freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Advising on title and planning issues
  • Supporting property finance deals
  • Assisting in larger team-based projects and cross-departmental work
  • Contributing to business development
  • Supporting junior colleagues

Requirements:

  • A UK legal qualification (or equivalent)
  • 0-3 years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate law
  • Solid experience handling a range of real estate transactions
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with commercial acumen
