Job Description:

The opportunity is to join a high flying firm looking to strengthen their noted Commercial Property department. The role includes inheriting a busy caseload, deciding key collaborators, and handling typical matters like sales, purchases of commercial properties, landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, and sales for development.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a busy caseload
decide key clients and collaborations
work on sale and purchase of commercial properties
manage landlord and tenant matters
acquisition and sale of property for development
act for lenders and pension schemes

Requirements:

Upwards of 3 years PQE
trained and gained in a noted city or large regional firm
ready for the next challenge
