A leading, forward-thinking law firm in Birmingham is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. With a strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration and delivering exceptional client service, this firm offers a dynamic environment for ambitious legal professionals looking to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibility:

  • handle a wide variety of complex litigation matters including contractual disputes and claims made under personal guarantees
  • shareholder, partnership, and company disputes
  • professional negligence claims
  • high-value personal disputes
  • insolvency litigation including setting aside statutory demands, winding-up petitions, and claims involving insolvency practitioners

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' PQE in commercial litigation
  • strong technical expertise and confident case management skills
  • excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
  • ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
  • a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • experience from a commercial litigation-focused environment (not high street)
