Commercial Executive

• Partner with sellers, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue targets, pipeline conversion, and commercial strategy execution
• Lead or support commercial negotiations, pricing, and deal structuring to ensure profitable, compliant, and value-based customer outcomes
• Analyze customer business needs, industry trends, and competitive insights to craft customer-centric, growth-oriented offers
• Manage account planning, renewal cycles, and lifecycle value conversations to expand Microsoft’s cloud footprint and annuity growth
• Develop and execute commercial plans, assessing risks and collaborating with deal desk, CELA, and stakeholders as needed
• Drive orchestration across internal and partner teams, ensuring alignment, strong collaboration, and well-executed close plans
• Maintain high standards of compliance, ethical selling, and adherence to volume licensing and commercial policy

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or equivalent) or related field AND 3+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience OR 5+ years sales and negotiation experience OR equivalent experience
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
