Our office and workshop are located in Stabroek, Belgium. Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising divers during ship repair and -husbandry projects
  • Communicating with the captain and customers
  • Improving and writing procedures
  • Making the work instructions for our divers
  • Assisting with the maintenance of diving equipment and tools in our workshop
  • Loading of equipment for different international projects
  • Following procedures
  • Reporting on projects
  • Continuous improvement of our processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the ship husbandry industry
  • A valid Commercial Surface supplied diving certificate (NDC certificate is a plus)
  • A valid Supervisor certificate with +3 years of experience (NDC DPL certificate is a plus)
  • Hold a European passport and be permitted to work in Belgium
  • Live in relatively close proximity to our office/workshop in Stabroek
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Willingness to work in a variety of challenging environments

Nice to have:

  • NDC certificate is a plus
  • NDC DPL certificate is a plus
