Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Commercial Client Advisor to join our client’s team. As a Commercial Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their commercial clients and building strong, long-lasting relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on commercial insurance products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to grow and expand the client portfolio through proactive client relationship management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, negotiating terms and resolving any issues that arise
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client engagement and retention strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account handling and commercial insurance, with a focus on commercial property
  • Proven track record of effectively managing commercial client relationships and achieving business results
  • Experience in handling commercial property insurance and navigating complex policy requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, services, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to analyse complex commercial risks and provide strategic advice to clients
  • Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills in addressing client needs and concerns
  • Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., CII, ACII, CPCU) a plus
