This role is responsible for generating and progressing pipeline by building strong relationships with partner leadership and front-line sales teams. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, self-driven sales enabler who thrives in a partner-facing environment and is passionate about financial solutions and joint go-to-market success.
Job Responsibility:
Act as an embedded representative within partner locations
Drive pipeline growth by identifying customer opportunities and promoting HPE Financial Services offerings
Engage directly with partner sales teams to educate, influence, and assist in positioning HPEFS solutions
Lead and participate in sales huddles, training sessions, and joint customer calls
Collaborate with HPE and partner account teams to develop and execute joint business plans
Monitor and track partner pipeline activity
Serve as the point of contact for HPEFS within the partner environment
Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline visibility through CRM systems
Ensure partner sales activities are compliant with HPE policies and legal requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in sales, partner account management, or channel development, preferably in the IT or financial services sector
Proven success in developing relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Salesforce and Excel
Sales experience within financial services, preferred
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with financial services or technology leasing
Experience in territory or pipeline management using CRM tools
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a partner environment while collaborating across multiple teams
