• Prepare compliant policy documents with accuracy
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity
• Work with colleagues to balance workloads

• Proven background in insurance or financial services
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
• Experience managing client relationships and securing new business
• Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative approach
• Confidence using IT systems
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage workloads effectively
• CII qualifications (achieved or in progress) are advantageous
