Job Description:

Due to growth, this respected insurance broker has an opportunity for a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their successful team in Glasgow to build strong and trusted relationships with new and key clients within the SME and mid-market insurance sector

Job Responsibility:

Play a major role in ensuring we give a first-class service to clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships
Provide advice on all classes of commercial insurance risks
Mange client relationships
Develop the account through existing client contacts and contribute to maximising growth through converting new business enquiries, cross sale and up sale of relevant ancillary products

Requirements:

Experience gained handling SME and mid-market insurance accounts
Track record of servicing SME/Mid-Market insurance relationships
A commitment and willingness to work towards a minimum qualification of Cert CII is required
Highly motivated and efficient
Track record within a relationship management role
Ability to handle a variety of communication channels (telephone, email, post)
Strong organisational skills for managing and updating client records
Sales-oriented mindset for up-selling and cross-selling products
Willingness to pursue professional qualifications (Cert CII)
