Collections Specialist

• Make outbound collection calls to business clients to recover outstanding balances
• Update and maintain deposit records to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to resolve account discrepancies and facilitate timely payments
• Administer and process customer questionnaires to gather necessary financial information
• Handle business-to-business (B2B) collections with professionalism and efficiency
• Participate in mandatory team meetings twice a week to align on priorities and goals
• Work in a quiet, structured office environment with a focus on productivity
• Ensure consistent follow-up with clients to maintain positive relationships and reduce overdue accounts
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze collection activities

• Proven experience in credit and collections, particularly in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
• Strong knowledge of collection processes and billing practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication skills for handling client interactions and internal collaborations
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Availability to work onsite and attend mandatory meetings as required

Prior experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is a plus
