Join the team as a CNC Milling Operator (Night Shift) for a leading manufacturer of industrial vehicles and machine components. As a CNC Milling Operator on the night shift, you will be responsible for operating one or more CNC machines to process parts. It is crucial to be precise with a great attention to detail in order to correctly set up and operate machinery based on the given work instructions. The operator must possess strong knowledge of the needed tools and materials. This role offers stability and numerous opportunities for growth.

  • Interpret work orders, setup sheets, and drawings to ensure accurate part fabrication
  • Monitor machine operations and make on-the-fly adjustments to maintain quality and prevent downtime
  • Handle raw materials and finished parts, ensuring proper labeling and organization
  • Conduct routine part inspections using measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.) to verify conformity to specifications
  • Identify and report quality issues or machine malfunctions to supervisors or programmers
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning machines, changing bits, and maintaining a safe and organized work area
  • Assist with unloading, staging, and post-processing of cut parts (e.g., sanding, de-tab, edge prepping)
