Job Responsibility:

  • Assists support staff in resolving undefined problems via remote communication tools
  • Supplies Onsite Support Staff with technical information to troubleshoot, repair, and resolve existing technical problems
  • Modifies, tests, and corrects existing programs
  • Tests CMMS & Analytic systems to determine criticality of failures. As a part of the tests, will be required to replicate failures and create recommended solutions to existing failures
  • Recommend system & process improvements
  • Tracks system performance and itemizes failure modes
  • Assigns and coordinates work projects, such as managing new releases to existing software
  • Reviews completed projects or computer programs to ensure that goals are met and that programs are compatible with other programs already in use
  • Reviews and tests programs written to ensure that programs meet objectives and specifications
  • Prioritizes importance of issues and writes recommendations for recovering losses
  • Coordinates projects of a large capacity at the customer location
  • may write technical bulletins for personnel
  • may perform technical capability analysis support
  • may perform new product technical research
  • Participates in planning activities for the implementation of the eFactory in sites, monitors indicators related to system performance and its adaptation. Document procedures, configurations, and best practices related to the system
  • Supervises the implementation and execution of CMMS System for new customers, ensuring configurations are completed in the given timeframe
  • Provides technical and functional support to operational areas in the use of CMMS and relevant support applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent
  • 5 years related experience and/or training
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Processes
  • 5 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience in CMMS Systems
