Job Description:

The role involves managing guest services at The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, ensuring adherence to company standards, and fostering a luxury hospitality experience. Supervisory tasks include assisting management with hiring, training, and motivating employees, as well as managing guest satisfaction by addressing special guest needs or requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding amenities
answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests
maintain shift logs/daily memo books
monitor inventory and order general office supplies
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
report accidents and unsafe conditions to manager
welcome and acknowledge all guests per company standards
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
excellent communication skills
ability to lift and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
