Job Description:

The Club Lounge Attendant is responsible for maintaining work areas, assisting guests, following company policies, and supporting the team while adhering to safety and quality standards. Job Responsibility:

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
Check with captain or supervisor before leaving
Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
Follow set-up guidelines
Adhere to quality expectations and standards
Ensure adherence to safety and security procedures.

Requirements:

Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, and tables
Follow company and safety policies and procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
