Job Description:

As a Cloud System Administrator, you will be in charge of overseeing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance, and implementing IT solutions that align with our objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the integrity and stability of IT services through regular system performance monitoring and root cause analysis
  • Handle the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of various IT systems including servers, operating systems, networks, databases, and software applications
  • Design a highly redundant and secure cloud infrastructure
  • Optimize website performance and security through the configuration and maintenance of Cloudflare settings
  • Work closely with development teams to integrate Cloudflare solutions into web applications
  • Assess and resolve a variety of technical solution incidents and problem tickets
  • Configure and deploy security equipment such as IPS/IDS-enabled firewalls, ASA firewalls, routers/switches, virtual & physical servers within the company infrastructure
  • Implement, communicate, and enforce company security policies and procedures
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, providing recommendations for keeping the company's tech-stack current and secure
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users, assisting in troubleshooting and problem resolution related to IT infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Amazon CloudWatch
  • Familiarity with Amazon EC2
  • Ability to use Ansible for IT automation
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira for project management
  • Knowledge of Auto Scaling to manage applications
  • Experience in API Development to enhance system capabilities
