Job Responsibility:
Lead with impact: Work side-by-side with customers to understand their unique security goals, co-create solutions that protect what matters most, and guide them with empathy and expertise through every step of their cloud security journey
Be the trusted advisor: Build deep relationships with technical and business stakeholders, helping them navigate complex security challenges with confidence
Design for resilience: Architect secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across identity, threat protection, information protection, and cloud security
Drive innovation: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to bring customer feedback into future product development
Champion success: Work closely with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) to ensure customers realise the full value of their security investments
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business OR related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting
Business Value: The ability to convey the business need and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers
Trusted Advisership: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders
Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues
Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers
Breadth of technical experience and knowledge in foundational AI, architecture design, with depth / Subject Matter Expertise in security
The technical aptitude and experience to learn new cloud security technologies and understand relevant cloud security market trends and knowledge of competitive Landscape: of cloud security platforms and competitors
Subject Matter Expertise in two or more of the following security solutions: Threat protection, SIEM and Incident Response
Extended Detection and Response (XDR)
Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR)
Security Operation Center Management
Identity and Access Management

Data Security
