As part of the UK Customer Success Unit you will have the opportunity to empower the largest Enterprise customers in the UK to take advantage of the Azure platform. This is a customer facing role, delivering to customers across Industries to enable Customer Success, through migration and adoption of the Azure Platform and technologies and leveraging worldwide best practices.

Trusted Advisor - guide customer journeys to our Cloud & ready them to innovate with AI, providing thought leadership
To be part of a Cloud Platform squad and take part in sprint planning, backlog refinement and responsibilities for completing work tasks
Customer Obsession, matching customer needs with appropriate Microsoft resources and repeatable IP
Understanding the critical levers that impact achievement of targets/ business objectives and planning/ forecasting ahead to overcome any associated constraints or risks
Continuously building their capabilities to meet MS/Customer priorities and personal career development needs

Requirements:
Strong and proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting or related field
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
Experience in Cloud Infrastructure
Professional Experience – proven success in technology sector with either technical sales, projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or delivery support
Relationship Building - proven track record of building deep technical relationships with people, experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects
Problem Solving - passion and ability to solve technical problems
Collaboration and Communication - acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of customer projects
