Job Description:

You will work in the area of Bosch Development Cloud and help creating a stable and future-proof platform for cloud-based software development for all business units at Bosch.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement concepts for the stable, automated operation for cloud services within the Bosch Development Cloud
  • Understand the requirements of internal customers and users in regards to visionary development approaches
  • Contribute to the strengthening of world-wide distributed Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery environments in the cloud
  • Ensure that the services are secure, scalable, reliable and monitored

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in software development or related discipline
  • Strong experience in automation frameworks (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) or public cloud environments
  • Good understanding of Linux operating systems, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM) and test automation
  • Skills in agile software development (e.g. Scrum), usage of relevant DevOps Tools, build management and test automation
  • goal-oriented and self-reliant
  • Interest in current and emerging IT cloud technologies
  • Adapting to newer technologies, different tools and frameworks
