Job Description:

A leading national firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Associate with 4–8 years’ PQE to their team in Birmingham. In this role you will take on a complex, high-value caseload including cerebral palsy claims, fatal claims, neonatal and inquest work. Job Responsibility:

Take on a complex, high-value caseload
handle cerebral palsy claims, fatal claims, neonatal and inquest work

Requirements:

4–8 years PQE
previous experience managing a claimant clinical negligence caseload
