Job Description:

The role involves providing technical solutions and client delivery for corporate clients by onboarding them onto Citi’s digital banking products. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, working with technical configurations, supporting client testing, and driving efficient and high-quality processes.

Job Responsibility:

Partnering with the Sales team to help clients understand products and technical capabilities
Supporting clients through their development process, providing technical documentation and guidance
Configuring Citi’s applications in line with the technical solution delivered
Supporting clients via testing phases (DEV, SIT, UAT, QC, etc.)
Coordinating the change management process for client configurations
Partnering with Project Managers to handle governance of client engagements
Contributing to process re-engineering activities for quality and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

Great communicator – must be comfortable speaking with people of varying levels of seniority and technical knowledge both internally and externally
Technical acumen – comfortable diving into technical discussions, understanding technical documentation, solving technical problems
Ability to handle a mixed workload – manage time effectively while working with multiple clients on parallel projects
Empowered – represent client interests internally and push internal partners for results
Willingness to learn and pick up things quickly

Nice to have:

Cash Management knowledge (Payments & Receivables)
Host to Host Banking technical knowledge
Connectivity (SWIFT, SFTP, etc.)
Encryption Tools (PGP, Symantec, etc.)
Corporate financial ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kyriba, GTreasury, Revel, etc.)
System integration
XML – familiarity with the message format
API / webservices – building or designing interfaces
Payments (e.g. SEPA / SWIFT / Instant Payment Schemes, etc.)
