The Client Success Manager is the primary contact and point of coordination between our clients and our internal digital marketing teams. You will communicate with clients about how their campaign is performing, while keeping an eye on their results using Google Analytics and our campaign performance dashboard. You will be managing multiple clients simultaneously, so time management and attention to detail is an important part of the job. You will have an incredible support team behind you to help give you all the tools you need to succeed at the job. The primary goal of the Client Success Manager position is client retention.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and consistent communication between the client and iLawyer Marketing
Establish strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met
Foster effective collaboration between the internal digital marketing and sales teams
Regularly analyze and review client performance data using tools like Google Analytics
Prepare and present monthly analytics reports that provide actionable insights to clients
Collaborate with both the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving client performance
Provide data-driven marketing recommendations and propose tailored solutions based on client goals
Advise clients on the best marketing products and strategies to meet their business objectives
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and account retention
Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs and prevent potential issues
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on Account Management or client-facing experience, preferably within a small to mid-sized legal marketing agency
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience managing client relationships, delivering digital strategies, and working on performance-driven campaigns
Solid digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in areas such as SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, or content marketing
Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress required
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and engage with cross-functional teams
A genuine passion for client success, with a focus on providing exceptional service
Nice to have:
Knowledge of website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization is a plus
