As a critical member of the Client Success team, the Implementation Manager will bridge the gap between the sales process and the ongoing customer relationship, ensuring clients experience effective implementation of products they have purchased and are able to leverage the software effectively and achieve their business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the software
Project Planning: Develop tailored implementation plans based on client goals and timelines
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align resources
Training & Education: Conduct client training sessions to drive product adoption and self-sufficiency
Technical Setup & Integration: Assist with software configuration and data integration with existing systems
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical or process-related issues during implementation
Expectation Management: Set clear timelines, deliverables, and potential challenges for clients
Continuous Improvement: Optimize implementation processes and contribute customer insights to product development
Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs to measure implementation success and report progress to stakeholders
Requirements:
3-5 years in a product implementation or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
