The Client Solutions Manager of Meta’s Greater China team is an individual with proven experience in scoping, developing and implementing strategies and plans that increase business impact via solution-driver and business consultant who puts our customers at the core. We are proud of our progress in building and managing key relationships, be a platform and product expert, serve as a trusted adviser in marketing and advertising strategies, and lead media planning and measurement for our diversified advertiser portfolio ranging from Fortune 500 corporate to start-up. With proven understanding of both traditional and digital media, this role is embedded in the sales team to build executional and functional partnerships, use data and analytics to devise comprehensive solutions for our clients, and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities that deliver on our client’s business objectives. This position will be based in our Hong Kong office, servicing our diversified advertisers across Hong Kong and Taiwan market. Business travel is required based on business needs.
Job Responsibility:
In partnership with Client Partner and Industry Manager, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporate Meta solutions to maximize client value
Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
Drive product innovation internally with cross-function partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients
Provide consultation on media planning and creative recommendation structure, manage the implementation of campaigns to deliver against client business objectives
Outline and manage measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Meta solutions
Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations
Collaborate with Client Partner & Industry Manager to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to you
Deliver and meet the expectation on internal operational tasks with project management skill
Manage complex external and internal work streams, and optimize clients’ advertising operation mode to meet business objectives
Oversee internal account operations (for example: troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, etc.)
Build and manage relationships with both Chief-level executives and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, Meta Business Partners, etc.)
Collaborate very closely with a wide-ranging group of internal cross-functional teams
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience working directly with marketing (in-house or agency), media and/or consulting firms and demonstrated leadership skills required
Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience working effectively with cross-function teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Capacity to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
Capacity to effectively present to build ongoing relationships with external clients
Advanced data analytic skills and experience with digital marketing data analysis
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required as this person will work with clients whose business language is English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Bachelor's degree
Nice to have:
Understanding of branding and direct response management marketing framework, advertising on both traditional and digital media, advertiser and agencies objectives, key performance indicator, and operation model / process a plus
Understanding of the Retail, FinServ, Healthcare & Education industry, landscape, and business trend will be a plus
Extensive experience as a Meta Platform user and familiarity with Meta’s ad solutions preferred
Demonstrated experience in hands-on experience on Meta’s ad solutions, including operation, optimization and execution
