We are seeking a results-driven, client-focused Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Business Group in the Philippines. As the country is poised for significant growth in 2026, this role is critical in driving strategic partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes for our top advertisers. You will act as a technical sales consultant, helping clients adopt high-priority digital solutions and pivot their investments toward commerce. We are proud of our progress in building and managing key relationships, be a platform and product expert, serve as a trusted adviser in marketing and advertising strategies, and lead media planning and measurement for our diversified advertiser portfolio ranging from Fortune 500 corporate to emerging businesses. With proven understanding of both traditional and digital landscape, this role is embedded in the sales team to build executional and functional partnerships, use data and analytics to devise comprehensive solutions for our clients, and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities that deliver on our client’s business objectives. This position will be based in our Philippine office. Business travel is required based on business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Champion the Performance Pivot
Unlock Strategic Company and Market Priorities through Marketing & Advertising Strategy and Solution Consultancy
In partnership with Industry Head, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporate Meta solutions to maximize client value
Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
Transform traditional advertisers into commerce-driven partners by leading the adoption of innovative digital strategies and measurement approaches
Guide clients to focus on business outcomes using AI, advanced measurement tools and analytics
Execute enterprise solutions and strategies
Support clients in piloting AI for service and automation
Troubleshoot technical blockers, including global signal integration and compliance, lead internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, etc.)
Drive Technical Sales & Revenue Growth
Manage complex external and internal work streams, and optimize clients’ advertising operation mode to meet business objectives
Own and exceed quarterly revenue goals by identifying growth opportunities in digital marketing and advertising
Architect and implement technical solutions to demonstrate ROI and unlock new revenue streams
Actively manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue impact
Drive and own C-Level Client Relationships
Build and manage relationships with both C-suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies
Collaborate very closely with a wide-range of internal cross functional teams and cross region counterparts
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, business development, enterprise sales, or solution consulting, with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs & targets
Technical aptitude in ad tech, ideal to be knowledgeable in enterprise selling, B2B solutions
Expertise in performance marketing, attribution models, ROAS optimization, and full-funnel measurement
Effective and innovative problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience working effectively with Cross functional partner teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Familiar with manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
Demonstrated experience to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
Effective communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into commercial value for C-level executives
Can adapt and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
Nice to have:
Experience managing multi-market campaigns or supporting international business expansion
Knowledge of performance verticals such as Business to Business, Financial Services, Travel, Commerce, and similar performance verticals
Familiarity with business messaging APIs and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
