The Client Services Manager at Ogury plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day success of a defined portfolio of client accounts. This position combines strong client relationship management with hands-on campaign execution and performance oversight across Ogury’s advertising solutions. You will be responsible for delivering successful campaign outcomes, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and supporting retention, while working with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. The role partners closely with senior Client Services and commercial stakeholders to support more complex strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term client growth.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships
Lead client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account management
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to deliver against agreed KPIs
Monitor performance, pacing, and account health, proactively addressing risks and issues
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and internal teams to support growth and retention
Deliver client training, insights, and clear reporting, including post-campaign analysis
Identify opportunities for optimization, upsell, and expansion based on performance and client needs
Requirements:
Experience in client services, account management, or campaign operations within digital media, adtech, or programmatic advertising
Strong client communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage multiple stakeholders
A data-driven mindset and comfort analyzing performance metrics to drive optimization and insights
Solid understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, and performance management across digital channels
Ability to manage priorities independently while knowing when to escalate and collaborate
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a desire to grow into a more strategic role
