This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing, detail-oriented, and deeply involved in the day-to-day servicing of investment portfolios. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting advisors with operational and administrative needs.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service and responsiveness
Support Financial Advisors with account onboarding, maintenance, and asset transfers
Prepare and process custodial paperwork across platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing
Coordinate client meeting preparation, including reports, performance summaries, and presentation materials
Process daily transactions including wires, ACHs, journals, and account updates
Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
Liaise with custodians and internal teams to resolve operational or client-related inquiries
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM and portfolio management systems
Assist with compliance-related tasks, audits, and regulatory documentation as needed
Identify opportunities to improve client service workflows and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Prior experience in client service, operations, or associate roles within an RIA or wealth management firm
Familiarity with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or TD Ameritrade
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Professional communication style and client-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
