Job Responsibility:
Generate performance reporting and analyze effects of contribution and attribution
Assist with implementing back office reconciliation processes
Provide a high level of customer support to high net worth individuals
Keeping up-to-date with client documentation
Adhering to regulatory rules
Processing client transactions accurately and punctually
Assisting in bank operations (web calls) and international banking support
Requirements:
3+ years of experience within the financial services sector, specifically Wealth Management
A history of job stability
Willingness to work on-site in San Jose
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with tools like Fidelity, Schwab, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office suite
Nice to have:
Series 7 and 65 licenses are a plus
