Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Thomson, Georgia. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Understand and analyze customer needs
Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers
Maintain thorough knowledge of product availability
Collaborate with the outside sales team
Verify technical details with customers
Create detailed production orders
Work closely with production staff

Requirements:

Proficiency in CRM systems
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with billing functions and account management processes
Demonstrated ability to assist customers and provide solutions with attention to detail
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
