Job Description:

The Client Partner is responsible for generating new business and expanding strategic relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue growth across LHH’s Career Transition & Mobility solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate new business and expand strategic relationships with enterprise clients
  • Drive revenue growth across LHH’s Career Transition & Mobility solutions
  • Bring in new clients through strategic prospecting activity and partnering with other functions
  • Partner with an Account Manager to build exceptional relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
  • Ensure 100% retainment of existing contracts
  • Ensure new contracts are negotiated and signed in advance of expiry
  • Influence and get agreement from an internal LHH strategic board for all commercials
  • Log activity and provide accurate forecasting in Salesforce
  • Partner with colleagues from across the business and globally to ensure consistency and identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

  • Experienced enterprise sales professional (minimum five years) with a proven track record of building and growing strategic client relationships
  • Commercially astute and highly consultative
  • Ability to engage with C-suite and HR leaders
  • Ability to understand client challenges and shape solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Credibility, presence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels within complex organizations
  • Motivated by generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through long-term partnerships
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
  • Resilient, proactive, and confident navigating complex buying processes in global enterprise environments
