Job Responsibility:

  • Support in ensuring B2B accounts are set-up and administered efficiently and effectively
  • Handle B2B clients' enquiries and complaints
  • Identify and support on cases' investigation and resolution issues
  • Responsible for the invoice / reports and other documentations with clients in a timely manner
  • Work with Operations Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts
  • Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance
  • Perform ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in customer services, operations or project management
  • Account servicing or Sales Support/Administration experience, preferably in banking / finance industry
  • Excellent inter-personal, customer servicing and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and Japanese (N1 level is preferred)
  • Proficient in other Asian languages such as Korean is an advantage
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized in work procedures
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight timelines
  • Well versed in MS Office and hands on experience in using system
