Job Responsibility:
Ensure that clients' needs are met
Manage the project process, including controlling schedules, budgets and deliveries
Ensuring the quality of deliveries, following client goals and Jellyfish standards
Combine practical execution and daily leadership
Communicate with company partners on project teams in the service of daily delivery
Requirements:
Advanced/Fluent English (client and team are based in the USA)
Solid knowledge of the fundamentals of project management
Experience using task, time and resource management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike or similar)
Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in delivering digital projects in an advertising agency
Ability to produce clear reports and presentations
Minimum of 2 years in project management in an advertising or marketing agency
Experience creating scopes, schedules, budgets, managing deliverables and leading cross-functional teams
Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to adapt to new processes or directions
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the broader marketing mix
An understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an agency environment
