A nationally recognised broking firm is seeking ambitious Client Executives to join its growing West Midlands branch. Job Responsibility:

Develop, grow, and retain a portfolio of insurance clients, achieving individual and team financial targets
Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, building strong and lasting client relationships
Provide tailored insurance solutions by leveraging technical expertise and deep industry knowledge
Drive business development by managing pipelines, prospecting, negotiating, and closing new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams and regional partners to place complex risks and deliver best outcomes for clients
