Job Description:

As a Client Director within the Sales Department of our Asia Region the primary purpose is to sell high impact and high value campaigns at targeted retailers in your territory. This will be achieved through: Working with marketing to analyse target markets, shopper insights, client potentials, client strategies and potential competition; Developing holistic account plans that details retailer’s corporate objectives, key stakeholders and campaign slots; Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and vision building around short and long term themes; Propose and deliver compelling campaigns proposals platforms that clearly justify retailer investment that leverage TCC experience running loyalty campaigns; Sell, negotiate and close profitable contracts with favourable TCC terms; Support campaign execution with a view to closing the next campaign.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at TCC customers
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with national clients, presenting new business strategies and ongoing projects
  • Target new clients and channels to expand business opportunities across Asia
  • Develop account plans and selling strategies in collaboration with local, regional, and global teams
  • Develop and lead high-impact campaign pitches and proposals to customer stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Business Development to develop innovative campaigns and sales strategies
  • Contribute creative ideas to support future business opportunities and strengthen TCC’s market presence
  • Provide clear and accurate forecasting of customer opportunities
  • Communicate business risks and escalate obstacles to ensure proactive resolution
  • Conduct business with high integrity, professionalism, and accountability
  • Inspire collaboration across diverse teams to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Sales, Marketing Manager or Key Account Manager
  • Strong client orientation with can do attitude
  • At least 10 years of professional experience
  • Experience with the food retail market/s
  • Experience in complex sales and development of personalized offers
  • Business development mindset with the desire to win
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Diplomatic negotiation skills/ability to convince and to get results, close deals
  • Able to establish and maintain relationships (internal/ external) with key decision makers
  • Fluent in English, Putonghua (Cantonese also is an advantage)
